Advertising notice

This notice supplements the Privacy Policy of Sitation Ltd, trading as Sitation Apps. It applies only to apps or editions in which advertising is enabled. A customer-branded edition may have no advertising. The app's information, available plan and privacy controls explain whether advertising applies.

1. Advertising providers and information

Where advertising is enabled, we use Google AdMob. Depending on the SDK, device settings and permitted choices, advertising services can process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device and advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, security and fraud prevention. The relevant consent message identifies additional advertising partners where applicable.

Our advertising integration does not supply project diaries, worker lists, photographs or precise project coordinates as advertising targeting data. This does not prevent the advertising SDK from receiving the device/network information described above.

2. Choices

Advertising privacy controls depend on the app version and the requirements that apply in your location. Where a consent message is displayed, it explains the available choices and the processing they cover. In versions with an advertising privacy-options screen, you can revisit those choices from the app's privacy settings. If your version does not provide that screen, contact support@sitation.app for help. Device advertising-ID controls are also available in supported operating systems. A device setting does not necessarily replace an in-app choice or consent required by law.

Personalised advertising and non-personalised or limited advertising can involve different processing. Declining personalisation does not necessarily mean no technical information is processed. The available choices and the provider's requirements determine which requests can be made. If advertising is disabled for an app edition, this advertising feature does not apply to that edition.

3. Providers and your rights

Google and any selected partners may process information outside the UK. See Google advertising information, Google's Privacy Policy, and the provider links in the relevant privacy message.
