Privacy requests and account deletion

Use this form to contact Sitation Ltd, trading as Sitation Apps, about your personal information in any of our apps or services, including customer-branded editions. You can also email support@sitation.app. You do not need to sign in or use this form to exercise your rights.

Delete an account

In the app, open Settings, find your account and choose Delete Account. You will be asked to verify your password. If you cannot access the app, select Account deletion below and use the email associated with your account.

Account closure starts the associated data-cleanup process; it does not erase every copy immediately. Personal projects that you solely own and do not share with an organisation or other members are eligible for removal. Shared project records and contributions may remain for the organisation's or other members' legitimate record keeping. Backups, security records and records needed for legal obligations may remain for their applicable retention periods. We will explain any limits when responding to your request. Copies saved to your device, exported reports and copies already sent to other people must be managed separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription: cancel it through the relevant store.

Make a request or complaint

We normally respond to a rights request within one calendar month, subject to the applicable rules on identity verification, clarification and extensions. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days and respond without undue delay. If an organisation controls the project information, we may need to refer the relevant part of your request to that organisation and assist it.
